Consult with Relevant Departments
Depending on your project’s type, the Planning and Zoning Department will consult with necessary agencies to secure their approvals. After all departments have granted their approval, the Planning and Zoning Department will issue the Zoning Compliance letter. This certificate allows reviewing agencies to verify that your proposed project complies with Macon-Bibb County’s Zoning Regulations.
